Darn I’m busted,, I was just trying to make the guy laugh.. OSHA first offensive citation is a warning or a fine… working for a major power company for 20 yrs I know OSHA are a bunch of pricks,, they would fine us for hardhats, not grounding the trucks, old hot sticks, no insulation booms,, no safety boots etc….
