Bobcat skidsteer loader – hydraulics get really hot quickly. Replaced filter, could it be the pump?

Will lift for about 15-20 minutes then quits lifting, then must shut off overnite to cool. Hydraulic rams are nearly too hot too touch. We replaced hyd filter and oil level is ok.
What could cause this? It’s a bobcat 7753 (pretty much the same model as the 773).
